Dev’s has delivered extremely complex operation change programs in some of the most sensitive and costly industries including petrochem. ​His best asset is his ability to see problems, and solve them, before they arrive​.

Among a very impressive string of qualifications, Dev has an MBA (Information Systems) from Sikkim Manipal University in India.​

Sanjeev is head of India business for Government, BFSI, healthcare. He is a strong advocate of servant leadership.

Sanjeev has 30+ years of IT experience, mostly for Oracle and Tata. He has also advised and served on the board of several start-up companies, such as Kockpit Analytics, helping them scale and develop industry solutions.

He holds a Master of Business from MD University in Rohtak, India; a Bachelor’s (B. Tech, Electronics) from the National Institute of Technology in Kurukshetra, and is a certified corporate director from the Institute of Directors.

He had been instrumental in several key projects in BFSI (like PFMS / DBT scheme of GOI), lending solution for NBFC / MFIs, Core banking Finacle projects for Punjab National Bank and other banks in the cooperative segment, Siebel CRM for Iffco Tokio and other life and non-life insurers, data analytics and dashboard insights for MSME, and IT services for sales force.

He is a firm believer in giving back to the society. He is associated with several community welfare projects while working as Secretary, Rotary Club of Delhi Govinda.

In his spare time, Sanjeev is a foodie, hiker, and researcher of historical city maps. His favorite quote is "The world is one family."

With over 15 years of experience in business development and sales within government sectors, Subhajit serves as Vice President – Sales at iSOFT. His career includes leadership roles at organizations such as Previstar, UMS, and Everbridge, where he specialized in delivering disaster management software solutions to state governments across India.

Recognized for his strategic acumen, Subhajit has built trusted relationships and driven substantial growth in highly regulated markets. His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of client needs, a focus on excellence, and a proven ability to expand market presence through meaningful partnerships.

Saurabh is a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power app expert. He has worked across many D365 projects of multiple Domain types​.

As a Consultant, he has a deep understanding of technologies ie. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Apps, Business Central, Office 365 Administration, UI Development and Web Development​.

14+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in application design and development, application performance improvements, database design and API development using several tools & technologies of Microsoft & others. ​
